David J. Hastings, CEO
For over a quarter of a century, Dave has been involved in virtually every aspect of the swimming pool industry. From his humble beginnings as a lifeguard and pool manager, to building, servicing, repairing and maintaining pools, hot tubs and water features, to leading an organization that strives each and every day to provide the very best of services and products to our Clients. He has always demanded that integrity, respect and passion come first. The financial successes will follow.

Richard J. Norris, General Manager
With over 20 years of hands on industry experience, Rick has been involved from the bottom up. With a degree in Sports Management and Administaration, he has lived his collegiate dream to bring expertise and value to the swimming pool industry as an expert and leader. He lives in Mentor with his wife Susan, three daughters and a son, Rick Jr.

Robert Willard, Director of Operations
For over 16 years, Bob has been involved in safe guarding water. With experience in both open water, swimming pool lifeguarding and aquatic facility management, there is not much he has not been exposed to in the industry. He continues to be active with the local American Red Cross chapter and has trained thousands of people to save lives. He continues his mission of saving lives with Hastings Water Works and the Jeff Ellis and Associates organization.

Joyce Csumitta, Office Manager/HR Director
For over 14 years, Joyce has overseen most of the administrative repsonsibilities of operating the Company daily. With HR responsibilites, insurances, taxes, benefits, payables and more, there is little she has not dealt with as we've grown over the years. She lives in Independence with her husband Larry, while her three sons, all former members of the Hastings Water Works Team, grow their careers and families locally.

Kevin Kreeger, Director of Lifeguard Operations
Kevin was introduced to the industry in the Summer of 1996. He has over 14 years of experience ranging from guarding to programming to staffing and management. As a 2003 graduate from Bowling Green State University, majoring in Recreation Management, Kevin handles all the day-to-day operations of the Lifeguard Department for Hastings Water Works.

Mathew Cellura, Service Manager
Matt has come up through the ranks since he first joined Hastings Water Works in 2001. Starting as a Service Technician then Senior Service Technician and now as our Service Manager, he has shown how engaged Team members can grow in the organization. He lives locally with his wife Gretchen and their two beautiful girls, Alexis and Kayla.

Kate Kupchik, Financial Analyst
Kate has been in the swimming pool industry for over ten years. She has been involved with both retail and the office management side of things. Working as our Financial Analyst, Kate really does crunch the numbers at Hastings Water Works. She has a degree in accounting from the University of Akron and lives with family and pet chinchillas in Strongsville.

Adam Thome, Assistand Lifeguard Director
Adam began his involvement in the aquatic industry in the Summer of 2000. He has over 8 years of experience ranging from lifeguarding to coaching to staffing and management. Graduating in 2005 from Ohio University, with a degree in Sports Management, Adam assists in the day-to-day operations of the Lifeguard Department for Hastings Water Works.
