Director of Lifeguard Operations (Cleveland)
As the Director of Lifeguard Operations for the Cleveland office, Adam is responsible for overseeing all of the day to day operations of the lifeguard department for the Cleveland office. He is involved with staffing, training, strategic growth and customer relations.
Adam is in his 4th year with Hastings Water Works and it has been an exciting journey the entire time. It is very fulfilling to teach young adults important skills to keep not only our clients safe but anyone else they may come into contact with outside of work.
