The recent changes to the American Disabilities Act about aquatic recreational facilities, including swimming pools, wading pools, and spas has many property managers, owners, facilities managers, and the like asking the question “What are the steps I need to take in order to make my pool compliant?”

Hastings Water Works’ goal is to educate and help designers and operators in using the accessibility guidelines for swimming pools, wading pools, and spas. These guidelines establish minimum accessibility requirements for newly designed, newly constructed, and altered swimming pools, wading pools, and spas.
