Your service department was great to work with. They responded in a timely manner and did their best to keep things running smoothly. The supervisor assigned to Maple Heights was Victoria Riley. I cannot say enough about this young woman. She kept in touch with me and made me aware of any and all issues related to the Spray Ground. She went well beyond keeping tabs on the young people working at the Spray Ground, making sure all paperwork was complete and correct and helping to keep me informed and at ease with all issues  I am sure that the Cuyahoga County Board of Health inspection was rated excellent in large part due to Victoria. She is an asset to Hastings Water Works and we hope to work with her again.

We go through a swim season running at warp speed every year.

Just wanted to stop and take a moment to let you know that your management team of Rachel and Sami have been great to work with this summer. They have worked diligently and professionally with all three Bob’s on the board (LOL) to keep Forest Park beautiful and running smooth. They effectively resolved any concerns we had in maintaining and running the pool in addition to helping the assigned guards with their questions. They always had a friendly and positive attitude.

They both made sure the guards have been doing their jobs and keeping everyone safe. They have made this season one of the best we’ve had with Hastings. We would love to have them back next summer.

This is Shelby Goldstein, Director of Park Synagogue’s day camp. I know that unfortunately it’s way more common for customers to reach out with concerns or complaints, but I have been having such a positive experience this summer and wanted to make sure that I give credit where it’s due.

Recently, Victoria was named the area manager of our pool. Ever since she became my primary contact, she has made herself available to me and assisted with any issues we may have had. The second she came in, she began organizing the pool house and making sure the area was in good shape. Every time I had to reach out, she was always available to me and made sure to follow up.

I just wanted to thank you for an excellent experience thus far and make sure that Victoria’s efforts and leadership style did not go unnoticed.

I just wanted to write and let you know how happy we are with our front-line supervisors at The Landings pool. Antonio is doing a super job providing daily supervision over our lifeguards. He resolves minor issues quickly and has done a terrific and timely job informing me of any situation—all of which he handles with utmost professionalism. Both he and his supervisor, Amanda, have tremendous customer service skills and I greatly appreciate that.

Amanda has done a great job keeping me informed on our equipment issues. She has provided me with detailed briefings on matters that affect the operation of our pool and has swiftly coordinated the much-needed replacement of items that either wore out or broke so we wouldn’t miss a beat.  Amanda and Antonio have been working together in sync to properly maintain and operate our pool and our community has noticed! Thank you for bringing on such impactful young professionals to your team. They are shining a positive light on your company.

Your techs were here yesterday and did a really nice job servicing the pool and spa. Both had accumulated debris in the bottom, but are totally clean now. I have to admit I was suffering from the ”where’s Jeff?” syndrome when I saw how young these guys are. Both were good, but the lead guy was especially helpful, communicated well, and diagnosed (and fixed) the spa pumps issue, no problem. Not likely at this point in his career that he has the breadth of knowledge or experience that Jeff has, but he impressed me with the great job he did.  You have another good one there.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team at Hastings Water Works for all of your efforts in getting the pools open in a timely fashion at Signature of Solon/Fox Meadow/Weymouth Country Clubs. I realize that your team had minimal time to execute a significant number of pool openings. We greatly appreciate the prompt reaction following the State of Ohio’s surprise announcement in mid-May to get us up and running as quickly as possible.

5 stars to Hastings Water Works for excellent customer service, responsiveness and execution. Needed a second opinion to determine if I had algae or dirt in my pool. Referred to Hastings by a life-long friend, who uses Hastings for everything. Called Hastings around 11 a.m. on a Friday and was prompted to leave voice mail for Tori Chesmar, Assistant Service Manager.  Received call back within 2 hours and work order placed within 5 hours. Tori had a great regard for listening, facilitating and solving my problem.  After I explained my situation, Tori advised me step by step (which involved evaluating emailed images of my pool) on what was next and ultimately created a work order that her project teammate would see upon return to work on following Tuesday. On the following Tuesday, Tori called to tell me that her team would be at my home the following afternoon. Team Tom and Jake were professional, courteous, and evaluated everything. Was relieved to learn that I didn’t have an algae problem, only a dirt problem, which confirmed my need for a second opinion.

Pool ownership can be stressful, especially when you know you have a problem but can’t find the right experts to help you figure things out. I have been in the commercial customer service industry for 25 years and always call out excellence.

Hastings Water Works is a 5 star company in my book!

I wanted to share my appreciation to you for the work that was performed yesterday on our pool.

As you know, we had a significant leak that was slightly out of warranty on work you had performed earlier. The guys that arrived yesterday were extremely courteous and professional. They actually found a second leak and fixed that too.

As a business owner, I know it’s easy managing things when all is going well. But it’s times like these, when there are issues, that great companies are separated from good companies. Hastings Water Works is a great company and I thank you guys for stepping up to the task and solving our problem. We won’t hesitate to use you ongoing or highly recommend your services to others.

I just wanted to thank you again for taking the time to come out and look at our pool personally.  Your guys opened our pool Monday and came back today for a check up.  Asking them questions, I don’t get the run around or some silly excuse, they know what they are talking about!!  Tony and Ryan have both been wonderful!  Helped me through a few things on the Jandy app and showed me how the pool system works. I’m finally feeling comfortable that our pool is in good hands.

Dan and John were out yesterday for our pool opening, and I just want to let you know how impressed I was with their professionalism and attention to detail. We have been very pleased with our Hastings Water Works experiences so far.

I believe there were a number of places that were popping loose on the top edge of the pool liner. They took care of those before leaving.

I appreciate the earlier quotes for a new filtration system, salt system and solar cover as well.Please either e-mail or call me with options for the pump.

Just wanted to thank you for installing the new pool cover for me this summer.

Over the years I have tried to receive service from several of the local pool companies to no avail. It was always “well we didn’t install the pool” or “we’re pretty backed up with openings or closings” or simply no return of any of my phone calls.

Suffice it to say your company has been totally awesome to deal with. You fit winter work into the summer for me, you were extremely prompt and courteous in all our interactions, and your pool guys actually left my backyard cleaner than when they started.
