2010 Spring Opening Service Packages

Just the Basics: Pool Opening - $199 + Chemicals

Client must have winter cover removed or additional charges will be incurred.

• Remove all winter plugs, leave at equipment pad area
• Install skimmer baskets and return fittings
• Assemble filter, filter pump, chlorinator, heater and all related plumbing pipes and fittings.
• Place filtration system into operation via main drain, (and skimmers if water at proper level)
• Test, balance and record water chemistry results and chemicals used
• Test fire heater – leaving in “Off” position unless otherwise requested
• *Leave hose filling pool if needed and authorized by client*

*Hastings Water Works assumes no responsibility nor liability to turn off water fill hose.
An additional $79/hour charge will apply to remove cover as well as water and/or debris from winter cover prior to removal.
 

Get Me Started: Pool Opening - $295, $325, $345 + Chemicals

Safety Covers (mesh or solid) - $295
Safety Cover (mesh or solid) w/ cable system - $325
Tarp Cover w/ water bags - $345

Client must have water/debris removed from winter cover or additional charges will be incurred

Includes everything in “Just the Basics” plus the following additional items:

• Remove winter cover, (empty water bags), rinse and fold cover and bags
• Place cover, (water bags) in designated storage area. (no cleaning – just a rinse)
• Install ladders, steps, diving board, slide, skimmer baskets, fittings, deck accessories
• *Leave hose filling pool if needed and authorized by client*

An additional $79/hour charge will apply to remove water and/or debris from winter cover.

Do It All: Pool Opening - $449, $479, $499 + Chemicals

Tarp Cover w/ water bags - $499

Includes everything in “Get Me Started” plus the following additional items:

• Drain water from winter cover and remove any debris as necessary
• Remove winter cover, (empty water bags)
• Brush off, clean, rinse and fold cover, (and bags)
• Lubricate and recess cover anchor bolts into deck surface – if applicable
• Vacuum (up to 90 minutes), skim water, scrub & clean tiles and winter water line
• Return for second vacuum, open skimmers, water test & balance within 48 hrs (if needed)
• *Leave hose filling pool if needed and authorized by client*

Do It All: Pool/Spa Opening - $650, $680, $710 + Chemicals

Safety Covers (mesh or solid) - $650
Safety Cover (mesh or solid) w/ cable system - $680

Includes everything in “Do It All” plus the following additional items:

• Remove winter spa cover
• Drain, rinse, clean and refill spa to proper water level
• Reassemble, (if needed), test controller and actuator valves for proper operation - pool & spa
• *Leave hose filling pool if needed and authorized by client*

Clean it, Fill it, Start it:  Spa Opening - $199 + Chemicals

• Drain any winter water from spa
• Rinse, scrub and clean interior spa shell surface
• Install spa accessories: fittings, nozzle heads, head rests, filter cartridges, skimmer tray, etc.
• Assemble filter, filter pump, jet pump, ozonator, blower, heater and related plumbing
• Fill to appropriate water level
• Place filtration system into operation via main drain and skimmer
• Test, balance and record water chemistry results and chemicals used
• *Leave hose filling pool if needed and authorized by client*

Additional Spring Opening Services:

Special Pricing - while on property - during Spring Opening

Spring Opening On-site Labor: $79/hour - one hour minimum.   Invoiced in 15 minute increments after first hour.

• Pool vacuuming & skimming
• Water and debris removal from winter cover

Additional Service Stop as part of Spring Opening:  $79/hr. to include:

• Open skimmers
• Test, balance and chart water chemistry and backwash filter
• Inspect mechanical, filtration and heating operations

Services Priced by the Item

• In floor cleaner system assembly and start up: $45 per pump
• Additional pump(s) assembly and start up (after primary filtration pump) $45 per pump
• Pool Cleaners: inspect, assemble and test: $45 per unit
